Position at Hudson Pacific Properties

At Hudson Pacific Properties, we provide best-in-class office space to the biggest names in tech and media (Netflix & Amazon) and we're seeking a Yardi Systems Administrator to serve as a key resource for the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Yardi platform.

This role bridges technical system administration with business analysis, supporting day-to-day operations, project initiatives, and system enhancements. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to understand business needs, manage escalations, and implement solutions aligned with our enterprise systems roadmap.

What You'll Do

  • Administer and support Yardi Voyager and related modules, ensuring optimal system performance, configuration, and user access.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as user provisioning, security role management, environment maintenance, and module configuration.

  • Act as the internal escalation point for complex Yardi issues, including those elevated from managed service partners.

  • Participate in a blended support model—balancing administrative responsibilities with involvement in development efforts and enhancement projects.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational workflows and business rules, translating them into system requirements and functional configurations.

  • Support and maintain core Yardi modules, including Commercial Café, Elevate P2P, Construction Manager, and Client Central; contribute to future module rollouts and enhancements.

  • Partner with internal and external developers on Yardi customization requests, enhancements, and system integrations.

  • Assist with SQL-based reporting, data validation, and ad hoc data analysis as needed.

  • Contribute to the success of cross-functional projects by supporting discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment of Yardi solutions.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for system processes, administrative changes, and internal workflows to support training and knowledge sharing.

  • Support data integrity efforts, monitor system performance, and ensure compliance with IT security and SOX governance policies.

What You'll Need

Technical Skills:

  • We’re seeking a candidate with experience in Yardi Voyager, Elevate P2P, Commercial Café, and Client Central. Familiarity with Elevate Forecast Manager, Yardi Pulse, and Construction Manager is a plus. Ideal candidates will have supported real estate, construction, or property management operations.

  • Strong SQL and database administration concepts; Yardi-specific DBA knowledge preferred.

  • Experience working with data integrations, SQL-based reports, and application configuration.

  • Familiarity with Yardi security models and administrative tools.

  • Understanding of enterprise systems architecture and multi-system environments.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Yardi systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.

  • In-depth technical knowledge of financial systems, accounting principles, and relevant software platforms.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple concurrent efforts.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical tasks.

  • Strong technical attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary Range: $95,000 to $125,000 annually USD (subject to relevant experience)
