Cultural Autism Learning & Motivation (CALM) is a behavioral health agency committed to providing culturally competent Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. We work with children and young adults diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, offering support across home, school, and community settings. What You’ll Do
As the Onboarding & Compliance Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in welcoming new team members and ensuring that our organization remains compliant with all relevant regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the onboarding process for new hires, from paperwork to orientation.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
- Collaborating with HR and management to identify and address compliance needs.
- Supporting initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a professional with:
- At least 1 year of experience in human resources, onboarding, or compliance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
