The HR - Recruiting Specialists main focus will be to assist in our recruiting efforts; identifying potential candidates primarily through direct sourcing and on-line research, reviewing a high volume of applications/resumes, and prescreening candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with resumes and social media employment platforms.
The HR - Recruiting Specialist will work closely with the Manager-Human Resource Development to meet APHWs hiring needs.
Wage: $17 per hr.
Review large numbers of resumes efficiently and identify the
best candidates
Determine candidate qualifications, match skills
Perform queries and searches in applicant tracking databases for
qualified candidates, while following the company's policies,
procedures and standards
Use networking opportunities such as local community groups or
professional associations to identify referrals for qualified candidates
Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated at all times
Use search engines, user groups or blogs, and other creative
techniques to search the internet for qualified candidates
Coordinate and schedule Microsoft Teams interviews
Other duties as assigned
