Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the HR Business Partner of Compliance and Employee Relations will reinforce the University's strategic plan and mission by meticulously preparing and executing a diverse array of tasks, providing administrative support, and overseeing office operational management. This individual will support various HR areas, including employee surveys, training, onboarding, and specific benefits administration. Additionally, this role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the student-employee hiring and onboarding process, policy and program administration, employee relations, Title IX Compliance, and legal employment matters. This position will also partner and collaborate with other campus leaders.
