About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater (W/WW) Engineer to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage water/wastewater projects from planning through design and construction.

Ensure project delivery aligns with defined scope, schedule, and budget.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants to develop project scope, fees, and risk assessments.

Develop and maintain project management and quality control plans.

Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and changes.

Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates and ensure satisfaction.

Prepare progress reports, manage invoices, and present project updates.

Support marketing and business development efforts, including proposal writing and interviews.

Mentor junior staff, conduct performance check-ins, and promote professional development within the team.
Qualifications (Required):

Bachelorβs degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (ABET-accredited).

Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).

10+ years of relevant experience delivering water/wastewater projects through all phases.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or CAPM certification.

Experience with county and state government clients.

Familiarity with various delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, P3).

Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
Work Environment:

95% office-based with occasional field visits.

May involve some walking, standing, and lifting (up to 25 lbs).

Fieldwork may expose you to varying weather conditions.
