Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Oracle Managed Kubernetes (OMK) is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer to advance our next-generation cloud-native platform. As a member of our dynamic team, you will design, implement, and own critical features that enable enterprise-scale Kubernetes solutions. You will collaborate with engineers across disciplines, mentor junior team members, and help shape the future of our managed cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions within the OMK platform
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code in Java or Go
- Own key features or functionality from conception through release and ongoing maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, security) to deliver high-quality solutions
- Mentor and support junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to architectural decisions and advocate for best practices in cloud-native development
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause analysis
