RN- Home Health Clinical Support

Our client is seeking a compassionate Home Health Clinical Support RN to join their extraordinary care team. Key Responsibilities

● Provide all levels of care to the patients

● Support patients in Mundelein, IL and surrounding areas

● Meet critical deadlines for charting

● Self-manage time and schedule

● Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software

Schedule and Shift Details

● Monday through Friday on the day shift; no weekends, on-call or holidays

Required

• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Home Health Care
  • Home Health
• Epic Home Health (1+ years)
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Other EMR
  • TruChart EHR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois (IL)
• High School/GED
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
• Must be okay with the required travel for this position
