Position Summary
The Client Benefits Coordinator is the front line of our benefit delivery process. You’ll help pre-qualified individuals understand their available coverage options and assist with completing applicationsβ€”all via scheduled Zoom meetings.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead virtual meetings with eligible clients

  • Break down plan options and address questions

  • Assist with application completion and submission

  • Maintain accurate notes and records of each interaction

  • Join weekly team calls to stay connected and growing

Ideal Candidate Traits

  • 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Effective virtual communicator

  • Reliable and consistent follow-through

  • Experience helpful but not required
